Meet Joan

My life purpose is to learn, create, and share. Real estate, recipes, information, joy.  Joan called Atlanta home 1993-2025 and traversed the metro area for work and play. Joan and her family relocated to Thomasville, GA in 2025, attracted to the slower pace, trees, abundance of arts and culture, and ease of getting around. Her clients say she is a breath of fresh air, as Joan is genuine, well-informed, and strategic. She is also generous with her wealth of knowledge about real estate. Joan's clients are confident in their selection of Joan and happy with the outcome of their real estate transactions. The Real Estate Agents working with Joan at Intown Focus Realty also cite her generosity, candid nature, and wealth of knowledge
